Summer Powersports Fun

As spring relinquishes the spot light to summer it is time to go skipping across the bay on personal watercraft or boggin across the swamp on an ATV! Whether you are an adrenaline junkie or a have a more laid back approach to recreation, you will need the right equipment will make it happen. Let’s take a look at some toys to see if they just might be the perfect way to make your summer of 2016 the best it can be.

Water Lovers

With a supercharged in-line 4 cylinder DOHC power plant, the 2016 Kawasaki Ultra 310 LX Jet Ski is sure quench anybody’s thirst for speed. You better be holding on when you hit the gas because this three passenger beast has 16.8 psi of boost pressure and produces 1,890 lbs of thrust! For the more timid, not so daredevil operator there is the 2016 Kawasaki STX-15F. Also a three seater, its normally aspirated in-line 4 cylinder engine delivers 975 lbs of thrust. It’s not going to set any speed records, but it will certainly blow your hair back just the same.

Land Ho!

For those of you who like to keep it on dry land and off of the pavement, the 2016 Honda CRF450R is ready for whatever you want to conquer. With the push of a button this bad boy switches between three engine performance modes; Standard, smooth and aggressive. You can slap on a paddle and sling some sand or take the checkered flag on the track. Either way, the bike will do its part but the rest is up to you!

Now if you want something a little toned down, sit your butt down on a four wheeled machine that can haul a trailer around the farm all week, and then take you to the most remote hunting spot on the weekend. The 2016 line of Honda Foreman 4×4 Quads are powerful, reliable, and could climb a telephone pole if you could get all four wheels on it!

Of course you could ride around town on a cool scooter or cruise the coast on a sweet bike. The options are really endless with all the vehicles available, there is sure to be a toy out there to suit anybody’s needs. So plan a trip or better yet, get up now, go outside, and have some fun!
